穆迪:產能置換新規對中國鋼鐵製造企業信貸有正面影響
評級機構穆迪表示,中國工信部近日發布最新的鋼鐵產能調控政策,新規提高鋼鐵業產能置換比例要求,要求生產企業關閉更多的老舊產能以置換新產能,表明了中國政府減少國內鋼鐵生產以應對產能過剩問題,以及減少碳排放的決心。
穆迪指,新規將於2021年6月1日生效,對國內鋼鐵製造企業信貸水平具有正面影響,認為新規通過逐步削減中國鋼鐵業的過剩產能,確保利潤率和運營,並可通過實現更穩定的供需平衡來支持鋼鐵價格,有助緩和近期達到歷史高位的鐵礦石價格。
