繼納入Elwood區塊鏈全球股票指數後，BC科技集團(00863.HK)再入選MSCI中國小型股指數
5月12日，MSCI明晟公佈全球小型股指數(MSCI GLOBAL SMALL CAP INDEXES)2021年5月的指數季度調整結果，BC科技集團(00863.HK)獲納入MSCI中國小型股指數，將於2021年5月27日收市後生效。這是BC科技集團集團首次獲納入MSCI小型股指數。受此利好消息影響，BC科技集團當日股價高開高走，收盤漲6.38%報20.00港元，股價創今年2月23日以來近3個月新高，成交4595.1萬港元，最新總市值77.31億港元。
MSCI指數是由摩根士丹利資本國際公司(Morgan Stanley Capital International)所編制的股價指數，涵蓋全球，主要以國家、地區、市場、產業等進行編纂，是全球影響力最大的股票指數之一，亦成為機構投資者廣泛採用的國際股票基準之一。其中，中國小型股指數旨在衡量中國市場小型股板塊的表現，指數涵蓋具有良好經營業績和極具發展潛力的公司。
此次BC科技集團獲納入，意味着國際資本市場對集團投資價值的充分認可，以及對集團綜合實力和發展潛力的高度肯定，同時也幫助集團進一步擴大其在國際資本市場知名度和影響力，有望吸引更多元化的投資者進場。
據瞭解，BC科技集團是亞洲領先的數字資產及金融科技上市公司，旗下OSL平台是全球首家且現時唯一獲香港證監會頒發牌照且有保險覆蓋的數字資產平台，提供大宗經紀服務、數字資產託管服務、交易所和軟件即服務(SaaS)，專為機構和專業投資者服務。
據4月底發佈的2020年年報，BC科技集團2020年全年整體收益增加32%至2.17億元，並於年內取得正數經調整EBITDA。旗下OSL數字資產平台業務發展迅猛，年收入上升至1.51億元人民幣，同比增長111%，佔集團總收入的70%。基於香港持牌監管先行者的優勢，2020年OSL平台總資產同比增長487.1%至人民幣26億元，活躍客户亦較去年增加130%，交易量同比增加228%至人民幣1494億元。
值得注意的是，不久前，集團還獲納入Elwood區塊鏈全球股票指數，該指數在行業內具有極高的影響力。BC科技集團在資本市場中受到多方的廣泛認可，集團的投資價值被越來越多的投資者和投資機構注意到，未來仍有較強的增長潛力。
