據報內地鋼鐵工業高質量發展指導意見即將發布實施
據《經濟參考報》報道,《關於推動鋼鐵工業高質量發展的指導意見》已完成徵求意見階段,即將發布實施。
有業內人士表示,「十四五」時期是內地鋼鐵工業實現高質量發展的關鍵期,但從目前來看,仍然存在產能過剩壓力、產業安全缺乏保障、生態環境制約、產業集中度偏低等問題。「十四五」鋼鐵工業作為重要基礎產業這一基本定位不會變,但要在綠色低碳發展方面承擔更大責任。
報道引述相關人士透露,鋼鐵行業力爭到2025年率先實現碳達峰,綜合來看,在能源消費總量和強度雙控、碳交易成本壓力下,鋼鐵行業減量、調整、升級勢在必行。
