格隆匯5月12日丨東華軟件(002065.SZ)公佈,公司擬以自有資金出資人民幣2億元對外投資設立“蚌埠東華軟件有限公司”,佔其註冊資本100%。
蚌埠市作為被國家定位為淮河流域中心城市、國家自由貿易區片區,營商環境優越,且具有良好的政策優勢。公司在蚌埠設立新公司,依託其政策優勢,積極參與當地項目建設,助力推動當地智慧城市發展。本次投資符合公司戰略發展規劃,滿足公司未來業務發展和市場拓展的需要,進一步完善公司產業佈局,對促進公司長期穩定發展具有重要意義。
