霍建宁称再提电能长建合并已过时 暂不再考虑
本地传媒报道,电能实业(00006.HK)主席霍建宁今日(12日)在股东会上表示,现时再提母公司长江基建(01038.HK)与电能合并已经过时,暂时不会再考虑。至於电能会否配售港灯(02638.HK)股份予国家电网,他称很高兴成为港灯的大股东,没有考虑有关事项。
霍建宁又称,疫情影响下集团业务仍然稳定,每五年与监管机构就项目保证回报的检讨已接近尾声,相信对集团未来回报影响不大。而集团进行投资时不分区域,只考虑合适及回报理想的项目,目前集团现金流充足,暂无意进行融资。
