中新集團(601512.SH)擬參與投資蘇州祥仲創業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)
格隆匯5月12日丨中新集團(601512.SH)公佈,公司及公司控股子公司擬作為有限合夥人以自有資金參與投資蘇州祥仲,重點聚焦於新消費、產業互聯網和硬科技等行業的非上市公司的股權投資。通過投資蘇州祥仲,在獲取財務回報的同時,有望進一步強化集團園區開發運營綜合能力,推動各合作區高水平產城融合。
蘇州祥仲本輪擬主要引進多家機構投資者,最終目標規模為20億元。公司及子公司分別認繳出資不超過1億元和2000萬元,且合計佔比不超過最終基金認繳總額的10%。
