港府再推iBond发行额上限200亿元 下月1日起认购
政府公布发行新一批通胀挂钩债券(iBond),目标发行额150亿元,最高可上调至200亿元。年期与往常iBond同为三年,每六个月派息一次,派发与本地通胀挂钩的利息,保底息率为2厘。
认购期由6月1日起至6月11日止,可透过配售银行及证券经纪或中央结算认购。6月23日发行,6月24日上市。
金管局助理总裁(货币管理)陈家齐表示,相信2厘的固定利率水平合适,通胀亦预期将会较过去数批iBond推出时为高,亦相信认购反应理想,惟不便作出估计。政府亦将会推出其他零售债券产品如银色债券,当局现时正在筹备中,亦会与政府联手推动本港债市发展,寻求适合市场的产品及措施。
中银香港(02388.HK)个人数字金融产品部副总经理周国昌表示,去年iBond电子认购占整体75%,亦有较多年轻人认购及进行买卖。
