李澤鉅稱長建(01038.HK)股價被低估 待疫情好轉冀做更多併購
《明報》報道,長江基建(01038.HK)今日(12日)舉行股東周年大會,主席李澤鉅表示,公司股價被低估,現時以監管資產倍數計估值,其股價只反映英國的水務、配電、配氣及電能(00006.HK)的價值,其他位於英國、加拿大、澳洲、中港的業務及資產價值未能夠反映,認為長建現時股價確是超值。
李澤鉅指,因疫情關係,未能夠派員出勤做盡職審查,但仍落實數個項目,待疫情好轉期望能夠做更多併購。他稱,之後在需要時才進行回購。另外在今日股東會上取得股東授權後,公司會在有需要時進行回購。
