晶澳科技(002459.SZ):與新疆大全簽署7.82萬噸多晶硅採購合同
格隆匯5月12日丨晶澳科技(002459.SZ)宣佈,公司下屬全資子公司東海晶澳太陽能科技有限公司(簡稱“東海晶澳”)與新疆大全新能源股份有限公司(簡稱“新疆大全”)於2021年5月12日簽署《多晶硅採購合作協議》。
東海晶澳於2021年7月1日-2025年12月31日期間向新疆大全採購太陽能級多晶硅特級免洗單晶用料,預計總採購量約7.82萬噸。實際採購價格採取月度議價方式,具體數量和價格以每月達成的採購訂單/合同為準。
