俊文寶石(08351.HK):委任人擬轉讓1億元CB 續停牌
俊文寶石(08351.HK)公布,於前日(10日)公司與委任人及受讓方龔振俠訂立條款書,委任人可能向龔振俠出售公司於2017年7月底發行的1億元6.5%可換股債券。
截至昨日(11日),可轉換債券本金及利息餘額分別為1億元及約164萬元。有關條款書無法律約束力,正式買賣協議將於5月31日或之前訂立。
應公司要求,股份已自2020年8月17日起暫停買賣,將繼續暫停買賣直至另行通知為止。
