俊文宝石(08351.HK):委任人拟转让1亿元CB 续停牌
俊文宝石(08351.HK)公布,於前日(10日)公司与委任人及受让方龚振侠订立条款书,委任人可能向龚振侠出售公司於2017年7月底发行的1亿元6.5%可换股债券。
截至昨日(11日),可转换债券本金及利息余额分别为1亿元及约164万元。有关条款书无法律约束力,正式买卖协议将於5月31日或之前订立。
应公司要求,股份已自2020年8月17日起暂停买卖,将继续暂停买卖直至另行通知为止。
