格隆匯5月11日丨三友聯眾(300932.SZ)公佈,公司於2021年5月10日召開第二屆董事會第六次會議,會議審議通過了《關於設立分公司的議案》,同意公司在杭州設立三友聯眾集團股份有限公司杭州分公司,並授權公司管理層辦理分公司的設立登記事宜。
此次設立分公司符合公司發展戰略,有利於更好地在杭州當地開展經營、承接項目、拓展市場,提高公司產品在該地區的覆蓋率和市場佔有率。此次設立分公司不會對公司的經營及財務產生重大不利影響,不存在損害公司及全體股東利益的情形。
