嘉美包裝(002969.SZ)：與養元飲品簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯5月11日丨嘉美包裝(002969.SZ)公佈，公司(“乙方”)與河北養元智匯飲品股份有限公司(“養元飲品”或者“甲方”)於2021年5月11日簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》。公司與養元飲品一直致力於推動中國植物蛋白飲料行業持續健康發展，向市場提供安全、營養、健康的飲品，引領植物奶產業成長為千億級大品類，為了更好地發揮各自專業特長，滿足飲料市場的需求，促進健康飲品的銷售和發展，雙方本着互惠互利的原則建立長效合作機制以及長期、穩定的戰略合作伙伴關係。
乙方保證在最優惠價格的基礎上向甲方供應空罐，並根據馬口鐵和鋁錠的市場價格的波動幅度進行相應調整。甲方及其下屬關聯公司直接向乙方及其下屬關聯公司發送訂單進行空罐等業務的採購，並由實際採購方與實際供應方進行各項結算等，具體結算和採購事宜由雙方簽訂的具體採購合同約定內容為準。
甲方承諾將在年度用罐總量的60%以上的需求量交由乙方生產供應，確保乙方的生產開工使用效率。
乙方應當在甲方生產基地就近建立配套制罐子分公司，確保甲方的生產便利及供應的及時性，同時乙方應當根據甲方需要不斷擴大生產規模、擴建生產基地以滿足甲方市場。雙方可以協商確定具體生產基地建立模式，也可按目前河南華冠養元飲料有限公司(乙方全資子公司)作為合作藍本興建灌裝廠專為甲方代工灌裝生產成品，以推進雙方更深層次的合作。
甲方保證在同等條件下，在健康飲品的生產和灌裝領域與乙方優先合作，即與乙方的合作優先級高於其他第三方。
雙方在飲料產業鏈的各個環節將探討進一步更深入的合作，包括但不限於各種飲料包裝材料、灌裝生產。
甲乙雙方技術部門應當定期進行經驗及技術交流，以提高雙方技術人員的生產技能和專業知識，並不斷通過推動運用新技術、新設備、新包裝等以提高生產效率及產品品質水平，促進雙方的合作發展，其中甲方具有對乙方相關技術生產要求標準的制定權限，乙方同意無條件遵守甲方的相關技術性規範。
