大和:料住宅樓市成疫情中首個復甦行業 首選恆地(0012.HK)等股
大和發表行業報吿指,儘管不利因素及不確定性仍存在,但住宅市場購買興趣強勁,“平衡風險”似乎正在上升,故重申對香港地產行業正面看法,首選恆地(0012.HK)及長實(1113.HK),目標價分別為48港元、68.3港元,評級買入。另外,該行信和置業(0083.HK)、新鴻基地產(0016.HK)、太古地產(1072.HK)、領展(0823.HK)買入評級,目標價分別為15.2港元、156.8港元、40.1港元、84港元。
大和表示,過去週末一手市場銷售約440夥,對比4月平均售出100夥,而近期新盤亦未見有減價,相信住宅樓市將是疫情中首個復甦的行業,並料會逐步擴散到其他細分市場。該行又指,雖然住宅市場仍受經濟不確定及移民潮等因素籠罩,但在購買需求被積壓逾20個月後,相信市場會較以前傾向買樓。
