忧当局加强监管行业 教育股普遍捱沽 中教及新东方在线逆升
市场监督管理总局昨天对2家校外教育和培训机构处以顶格罚款。下一步，有关当局将持续聚焦民生领域案件，加大校外教育培训机构执法力度，严厉打击各类违法违规行为。教育股今天普遍捱沽，尤其是睿见教育(06068.HK)四连跌，今天股价低见2.77元，创半年低，现造2.91元，挫逾18%，成交进一步急增至4,064万股，创逾八个月高。
天立教育(01773.HK)进一步急跌至4.51元，为去年5月尾以来最低，现造5.1元，急挫15.6%，成交急增至1.01亿万股，为今年来最多。
枫叶教育(01317.HK)今天股价低见1.68元，创逾五年低，现造1.74元，跌9.4%，成交急增至9,564万股。成实外教育(01565.HK)最低1.34元，创近年半低，现造1.35元，挫11%，成交增至950万股。
不过，上月下旬遭有关当局处以50万人民币罚款的新东方在线(01797.HK)先跌後反弹，由最低11.5元(2019年8月以来最低)，掉头高见13.72元，现造13.42元倒升10%，成交增至1,511万股。该公司主要向学前儿童、中小学学生、大学生及其他在职人士提供线上教育服务。野村今天指，该股受累於线下推广和低端城市竞争趋激烈及对监管政策或收紧关注，年内股价累挫一半属过度调整，因为公司在线下推广有先行者优势，於低端城市中，其品牌强劲亦具有竞争优势，政策风险较低，新一个财年在大学教育业务上或录得强劲反弹。因此，维持「买入」评级，目标价由35元降至16.2元。
中教控股(00839.HK)继昨天倒升後，今天股价续升6.8%报19.38元，再度逼近上月下旬所创上市高位19.5元。宇华教育(06169.HK)扭四连跌，股价逆市反覆回升4.8%报7.43元，重越10天线(7.29元)。新高教(02001.HK)扭四连跌，股价反覆回升3.9%报5.89元。
《人民网》昨天报道指，针对群众反映强烈校外教育培训机构乱象，市场监管总局价监竞争局联同北京市市场监管局开展联合行动，对小船出海教育科技北京(作业帮)和北京猿力教育科技(猿辅导)两家校外教育培训机构相关行为进行检查，北京市市场监管局依法对作业帮和猿辅导两家校外教育培训机构，昨天均处以警告及250万元人民币顶格罚款行政处罚。
经查，作业帮在其官方网站谎称「与联合国合作」、虚构教师任教经历、引用不真实用户评价。猿辅导在其网站谎称「班主任1对1同步辅导」「微信1对1辅导」「您的4名好友已抢购成功……点我抢报」，虚构教师任教经历等不实内容。上述行为属於实施虚假或引人误解的商业宣传行为，违反了《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》第八条第一款规定。下一步，市监总局将持续聚焦民生领域案件，加大校外教育培训机构执法力度，严厉打击各类违法违规行为，规范市场经营秩序，维护人民群众合法权益。
