美国西方石油(Occidental Petroleum)(OXY.US)公布首季业绩。季度亏损3.46亿美元,对上年度同期亏损22.32亿美元。每股季度摊薄亏损36美仙,经调整後为亏损15美仙,优於市场预期的亏损33美仙。
公司油气业务税前亏损6,200万美元,对上年度同期税前溢利2.36亿美元。中游及市场部分税前溢利2.82亿美元,对上年度同期亏损12.87亿美元。化工部门税前溢利2.51亿美元,按年升34.9%。
公司在2019年以380亿美元并购阿纳达科石油(Anadarko Petroleum),带来沉重债务压力。公司要大削生产开支及出售多项资产套现。
