憂當局加強監管行業 教育股普遍捱沽 中教及新東方在線逆升
市場監督管理總局昨天對2家校外教育和培訓機構處以頂格罰款。下一步，有關當局將持續聚焦民生領域案件，加大校外教育培訓機構執法力度，嚴厲打擊各類違法違規行為。教育股今天普遍捱沽，尤其是睿見教育(06068.HK)四連跌，今天股價低見2.77元，創半年低，現造2.91元，挫逾18%，成交進一步急增至4,064萬股，創逾八個月高。
天立教育(01773.HK)進一步急跌至4.51元，為去年5月尾以來最低，現造5.1元，急挫15.6%，成交急增至1.01億萬股，為今年來最多。
楓葉教育(01317.HK)今天股價低見1.68元，創逾五年低，現造1.74元，跌9.4%，成交急增至9,564萬股。成實外教育(01565.HK)最低1.34元，創近年半低，現造1.35元，挫11%，成交增至950萬股。
不過，上月下旬遭有關當局處以50萬人民幣罰款的新東方在線(01797.HK)先跌後反彈，由最低11.5元(2019年8月以來最低)，掉頭高見13.72元，現造13.42元倒升10%，成交增至1,511萬股。該公司主要向學前兒童、中小學學生、大學生及其他在職人士提供線上教育服務。野村今天指，該股受累於線下推廣和低端城市競爭趨激烈及對監管政策或收緊關注，年內股價累挫一半屬過度調整，因為公司在線下推廣有先行者優勢，於低端城市中，其品牌強勁亦具有競爭優勢，政策風險較低，新一個財年在大學教育業務上或錄得強勁反彈。因此，維持「買入」評級，目標價由35元降至16.2元。
中教控股(00839.HK)繼昨天倒升後，今天股價續升6.8%報19.38元，再度逼近上月下旬所創上市高位19.5元。宇華教育(06169.HK)扭四連跌，股價逆市反覆回升4.8%報7.43元，重越10天線(7.29元)。新高教(02001.HK)扭四連跌，股價反覆回升3.9%報5.89元。
《人民網》昨天報道指，針對群眾反映強烈校外教育培訓機構亂象，市場監管總局價監競爭局聯同北京市市場監管局開展聯合行動，對小船出海教育科技北京(作業幫)和北京猿力教育科技(猿輔導)兩家校外教育培訓機構相關行為進行檢查，北京市市場監管局依法對作業幫和猿輔導兩家校外教育培訓機構，昨天均處以警告及250萬元人民幣頂格罰款行政處罰。
經查，作業幫在其官方網站謊稱「與聯合國合作」、虛構教師任教經歷、引用不真實用戶評價。猿輔導在其網站謊稱「班主任1對1同步輔導」「微信1對1輔導」「您的4名好友已搶購成功……點我搶報」，虛構教師任教經歷等不實內容。上述行為屬於實施虛假或引人誤解的商業宣傳行為，違反了《中華人民共和國反不正當競爭法》第八條第一款規定。下一步，市監總局將持續聚焦民生領域案件，加大校外教育培訓機構執法力度，嚴厲打擊各類違法違規行為，規範市場經營秩序，維護人民群眾合法權益。
