創業集團控股(02221.HK)擬折讓逾44%配新股,該股繼昨天漲49%中途停牌後,今早復牌曾再飆近74%高見0.92元,創逾年半高,現造0.71元,續漲34%,成交增至3,198萬股,涉資2,447萬元。
創業公布,根據特定授權,擬以每股0.295元(較停牌前折讓44.34%)向9名獨立第三方發行合共1.69億股新股或佔擴大後股本19.02%,所得淨額4,950萬元,擬用作近期取得安徽省宣城餐廚垃圾處理項目初步投資成本及還債等。(sz/a) ~
