《大行報告》大和上調九毛九(09922.HK)目標價至34.5元 評級「買入」
大和發表研究報告,九毛九(09922.HK)旗下的品牌「九毛九」及「太二酸菜魚」於5月1至4日假期期間,可比的同店銷售額表現已分別恢復至2019年同期的92%及108%,其中太二分店的翻檯率更較今年首季有明顯提升,未有受部分餐點加價所影響。
報告指出,今年首四個月太二新開42家分店,開店步伐符合全年120家新店的目標,未見出現人手緊張等阻礙,預期新店可維持於開業1至2個月後達到收支平衡。至於九毛九,雖然未有重啟開店計劃,但大和預期透過改善店舖面積效率,營業額可提升逾10%。
大和重申對九毛九的「買入」評級,目標價上調至34.5元(原本31.5元),以反映九毛九及太二品牌調整後企業價值倍數。
