《高盛认股证牛熊证》 监管阴霾持续 美团股价再急挫 贴价购19222，高杠杆沽19242，远牛59697，熊58624
正股表现：受监管风暴拖累下，美团(3690)昨日跌约7.1%，今早继续急跌。早上低开约4.8%後跌幅扩大，最低见240元，为七个月低位。现报245.8元，跌约6.5%，显着落後大市。上海市消保委微信公众号昨日约谈美团，指出了美团在消费者权益保护方面存在的突出问题。当中主要问题为取消订单引发的退款问题、生鲜蔬菜配送不履约问题、页面误导消费者的问题。美团表示，公司将根据上海市消保委的要求，将於近日向消保委递交整改报告。
资金流向：观察个股轮证资金流向，可见昨日资金继续趁低追捧好仓，当中牛证录得约2,770万元资金流入，而过去5个交易日则共录得约4,390万元资金流入。牛证则於昨日获资金转向流入，有约1,120万元，并分布在各个收回区域的产品。淡仓方面，亦见认沽证於昨日继续获资金流入，有约120万元。而昨日流入熊证的资金则集中在295至300元收回区域的产品。
观察港股通资金流向，亦见昨日北手继续沽出美团，录得超过37亿元资金净卖出。
产品选择：由於美团连日急挫，使目前市场上的大部分好仓产品太价外或是太短期，反映市场上缺乏合适条款的贴价好仓产品。因此投资者选择产品部署时，宜多加注意并重新审视产品条款。
好仓方面，认购证的贴价相关产品有价外幅度约12%的美团购19222。热门条款相关产品有美团购21395。牛证方面的近牛相关产品有美团牛62693，与现价有约22.6元收回距离。远牛相关产品有美团牛59697，与现价有约30.8元收回距离。
