深冷股份(300540.SZ)：與交投實業擬在綜合能源裝備製造服務領域開展深入合作
格隆匯 5 月 10日丨深冷股份(300540.SZ)公佈，公司(“乙方”)與四川交投實業有限公司(“交投實業”、“甲方”)於5月10日在成都簽訂了《戰略合作備忘錄》，就相關戰略合作事宜達成一致意見。
交投實業為公司控股股東，且雙方在交通能源裝備製造領域具有顯著的產業協同效應，為充分發揮雙方資源及技術優勢，共同推動氫、氣、電等清潔能源產業發展，助推上市公司發展壯大，雙方經友好協商，同意建立長期、穩固、全面的戰略合作伙伴關係。
雙方本着“優勢互補、互惠雙贏、依法合規”的原則，充分利用甲方的資源、資金優勢和乙方在高端裝備製造服務方面的先進技術，擬在綜合能源(油、氫、氣、電)裝備製造服務領域開展深入合作，促進雙方業務快速發展，實現合作共贏。
甲乙雙方在遵守國家法律、法規，符合雙方發展戰略的前提下，積極開展綜合能源站建設合作，主要包括：
1、打造氫能源示範工程。根據《四川省氫能產業發展規劃(2021-2025)》，將形成氫能產業“成都—內江—重慶發展軸”，沿線合理佈局加氫站，打造“成渝氫走廊”。雙方將圍繞成渝地區雙城經濟圈建設的重大戰略部署、“成渝氫走廊”戰略契機，充分發揮甲方及其集團公司在成渝沿線和川陝、川藏通道擁有多條高速公路及沿線高速公路服務區的資源優勢，在氫能供給、氫能裝備、氫能應用領域開展合作，共同打造氫能商業模式示範工程，並分步開展制氫、儲氫、加氫、用氫一體化氫能源示範站建設。
2、服務區綜合能源站建設。充分利用甲方現有及規劃的高速公路服務區網絡資源，在服務區綜合能源站(包括加油站、加氫站、加氣站、充電樁、分佈式氫能源應用場景等)的新建、改建等方面開展產品及技術合作，由乙方優先為甲方提供服務區綜合能源裝備。
3、綜合能源站設施設備運維管理服務。在綜合能源站設施設備的運維管理服務方面開展合作，由乙方按照甲方要求為服務區綜合能源設施設備提供運維管理服務，並以此為基礎開展技術改造升級。
4、建設規劃：“十四五”期間在甲方規劃框架內參與綜合能源站建設，其中2021年擬新建40座充電站，2-5座加氫示範站，6-8座LNG加氣站。
