格隆匯 5 月 10日丨第一服務控股(02107.HK)發佈公吿,2021年5月10日,董事會已議決採納計劃,據此,受託人將以出資金額購買或認購股份,且該等股份將以信託形式為相關獲選參與者持有,直至該等股份根據計劃的條款歸屬予相關的獲選參與者。
計劃須由董事會及受託人根據計劃規則及信託契據進行管理。倘董事會根據計劃已授出的股份面值相等於或大於公司不時已發行股本的10%,董事會不得進一步授出任何獎勵股份。
