港股異動 | 建材水泥股普漲 金隅集團(2009.HK)漲超3%
格隆匯5月10日丨建材水泥股普漲,金隅集團(2009.HK)漲超3%領漲,中國建材漲超2%,華潤水泥、亞洲水泥漲超1%。據悉,隨着京津冀地區環保監督加嚴,原材料價格上漲,導致水泥及熟料生產成本增加。同時一些項目需求有所啟動,主要企業漲價意願持續增加。三四月份連續喊漲之後,京津冀地區報價有所提升,5月8日-10日北京、天津及河北北部唐山、承德等地主要企業再次嘗試通知上調水泥價格40-60元/噸,實際落實待觀察。華創證券指出,在“碳達峯、碳中和”的背景下全國各地水泥企業將錯峯生產,以達到環保要求。全球經濟遭遇新冠疫情重創之後,各國各地區紛紛出台經濟刺激政策,令全球資本市場、大宗商品和房價迭創新高,固定資產投資力度加大,水泥價格高位格局短期內或難以改變。
