盛洋投資(00174.HK)公布,透過美國房地產基金平台出售物業,代價為6,700萬美元(相當於約5.19億港元)。該物業由公司全資擁有,位於1819 5th Avenue North, Birmingham, Alabama 35203, the U.S.,包括一幢辦公樓以及多個停車位。
集團預期就出售事項錄得收益約450.2萬美元(相當於約3,489.1萬港元)。
