呷哺呷哺(00520.HK)與內地調料生產商設合營
呷哺呷哺(00520.HK)公布,於5月8日旗下非全資附屬與內地調料生產商青島日辰(603755.SH)訂立合作合同,以於中國天津市西青區成立一間合營公司。
根據合營協議,合營公司將分別由呷哺中國及青島日辰擁有50%權益。合營公司首期註冊資本將為9,800萬元人民幣(下同),其中呷哺中國及青島日辰將分別注資人民幣4,900萬元。合營公司將主要從事生產經營調味料、火鍋底料、即食及冷凍調理食品等業務,以於集團旗下餐廳間分銷及透過其他渠道於市場銷售。
