上海實業(00363.HK)非全資附屬組合資以91.06億人幣投得上海地 出資50%
上海實業(00363.HK)公布,非全資附屬公司上實發展與上海城投及上海建工組成的投標聯合體,於上周六(8日)收到虹口區規劃和自然資源局確認通知,指明投標聯合體已中標,以代價91.06億元人民幣(下同)收購以掛牌方式出售的土地使用權,相關土地位於上海市虹口區北外灘,總土地出讓用地面積34,585.2平方米。
收購代價91.06億元之中,上實發展將出資50%,上海城投及上海建工分別出資35%及15%,三方並將就該土地之開發及相關建設與經營事項共同成立合資公司。上實發展正與上海城投及上海建工就可能的合資協議條款進行磋商,而上實發展尚未就可能的合資公司安排訂立任何具有法律約束力的協議。
