地政總署稱銅鑼灣商業地共獲6份標書 領展入標指對香港前景充滿信心
地政總署表示,今日(7日)截標的銅鑼灣加路連山道商業地共接獲6份標書。今日現場所見,入標發展商包括獨資競投的長實(01113.HK)、新地(00016.HK)、會德豐地產及領展(00823.HK)。至於希慎(00014.HK)則與華懋合資入標,另有信置(00083.HK)夥拍利福國際(01212.HK)、嘉里建設(00683.HK)及中渝置地(01224.HK)競投。
領展行政總裁王國龍表示,香港是領展的基地和核心市場,今次投標反映集團對香港前景充滿信心,已準備好按照標書條件發展用地。而集團是以獨資身份入標,不過亦正尋求合營夥伴,對合營發展模式持開放態度。
該地皮地盤面積約15.9萬平方呎,按地積比率約6.76倍計算,預計可建樓面面積約107.6萬平方呎,市場估值介乎113億至172億元。
