福斯特(603806.SH):擬斥20.16億元投建年產5.6億平方米感光幹膜和年產2.4萬噸鹼溶性樹脂項目
格隆匯5月7日丨福斯特(603806.SH)宣佈,為滿足公司電子材料業務發展的需求,公司計劃進一步擴大感光幹膜和鹼溶性樹脂產能,提升公司在電子材料領域的核心競爭力和未來盈利能力,實現公司的可持續發展。
公司決定通過自籌資金進行年產5.6億平方米感光幹膜和年產2.4萬噸鹼溶性樹脂項目的投資,上述項目由公司全資子公司杭州福斯特電子材料有限公司在廣東省江門市新會區設立全資子公司實施,項目總投資約20.16億元(含流動資金)。
