中国有色矿业(01258.HK)趁高折让逾12%「抽水」 惟股价吐至低位见承接
4月股价累飙近1倍的中国有色矿业(01258.HK)趁高折让逾12%「抽水」,该股继本周二(4日)续升至4.89元屡创纪录高遇阻即市掉头倒跌後,今天低开11.5%报4元获承接,逐步收窄跌幅,午後曾回升至4.52元,现造4.4元,仅回吐2.7%,成交受配股上板带动增至4.12亿元,涉资16.73亿元。
中国有色矿业要从事铜钴金属勘探、采矿、选矿、湿法冶炼、火法冶炼,及阴极铜
、粗铜及阳极铜、铜钴合金、氢氧化钴及硫酸的销售业务。公司公布拟以每股3.96元(较昨天收市价折让逾12%)先旧後新方式配售2.5亿股股份,公司料配股所得净额约9.85亿元,将用作现有业务拓展、战略投资及日常营运资金等。
