龍元建設(600491.SH)簽署匯銀江南富灣高層住宅六期建設項目工程施工合同
格隆匯5月6日丨龍元建設(600491.SH)公佈,公司近日與恩平市匯銀房地產開發有限公司簽署了工程施工合同,合同金額5.299億元,工期1080天。
工程內容:建築安裝,工程規模304,447㎡/地下2層,地上1層、3層、22層、31層、33層。結構形式為框架、剪力牆結構。工程承包範圍包括但不限於地基基礎工程(含基坑、樁基工程)、勞務、裝修、鋁合金門窗、消防、機電安裝、弱電系統等分包工程。工程質量標準:符合《工程施工質量驗收規範》合格。
