吴天海称九仓置业(01997.HK)旗下商场首季表现优於政府数据
九仓置业(01997.HK)主席兼常务董事吴天海在出席股东周年大会後表示,今年首季集团旗下商场表现较政府数据稍好,认为目前疫情改善及受控,零售市道表现平稳,集团亦投入资源作推广,令车流人流增加。
他指,本地零售市场已恢复得「七七八八」,未来市况要看何时通关,认为虽然政府即将派发的消费券有助推动市道,但估计增幅有限,因目前本港主要是缺乏外来旅客,期望疫情可更为受控,能够尽快通关。
吴天海称,疫情已大有改善,集团对商户的支援力度不应如去年般大手笔,但需要的措施一定会做,冀可互惠互利。而本港整体租金下调,普遍新租约租金低於旧约,相信商户压力会减轻。
他又提到自己已接种两剂疫苗,但未有透露是接种科兴或复必泰。(ek/u) ~
