传腾讯(00700.HK)与美国监管机构磋商 以维持对美游戏开发商投资
据《路透》引述消息人士透露,腾讯(00700.HK)目前正与美国外资审议委员会进行协商,以达到当局允计其保留在美国游戏开发商Riot Games(持股40%)及Epic Games(持大多数持股)的持股。
消息透露,腾讯自2020年下半年起持续与美国外资审议委员会磋商,美方一直研究两家游戏开发商於处理用户个人数据时,是否会因腾讯的中资背景构成对国家安全风险。消息称Epic Games并未与腾讯共享任何用户数据。Riot Games指公司运作独立,并已实施保护玩家数据措施。
