澳博(00880.HK)公布,發行於2026年到期金額為12.5億港元、年利率3.9%優先票據,以及於2026年到期金額為3億澳門元、年利率3.9%優先票據,公司擬將建議發售的所得款項淨額約90%用於公司為上葡京項目及一般企業用途取得的有抵押銀行貸款的再融資,而餘額則用作一般企業用途。
公司將尋求票據於中華(澳門)金融資產交易股份有限公司(MOX上)市,並已接獲MOX就票據發行及上市發出的批准函件。
