协兴建筑入禀向港航追款 本息共近3亿元
海航集团旗下屡传财困的香港航空再牵讼,新创建(00659.HK)旗下协兴建筑昨日(4日)入禀高等法院,向港航民事追讨一笔欠款,本金连利息共逾2.96亿元。
入禀状指,双方在2018年11月29日签订补充协议,但港航没有按协议向协兴建筑支付逾2.1亿港元的款项,故入禀追讨款项连利息。
入禀状未有披露欠款性质,据协兴网页显示,协兴曾取得位於赤(鱼立)角机场的香港航空飞行培训中心的工程合约,项目已於2019年竣工。
另外,港航旗下的香港航空飞行训练中心有限公司,上星期则被兴业银行(601166.SH)入禀追讨欠款。兴业银行指港航飞行训练中心有限公司以培训中心所在的地段作抵押,向兴业银行申请按揭贷款,但其後未有依约还款。兴业银行因此入禀追讨并要求收回地段。
