澳门酒店业界:五一假期入住率高见80至90% 节後料保50%
据《澳门日报》报道,澳门酒店旅业商会会长张健中表示,「五一」假期澳门酒店入住率高见八至九成,属预期之内,基础旅客数量有所回升,相信行业最坏时间已过,但仍要警惕外围疫情升温的风险。
张健中表示,「五一」假期前,酒店预订率普遍五至七成,当时预计假期表现会更好。近几日酒店入住率高见八至九成,行业正加速复苏。疫情下,旅客出游次数减少,留澳门时间反而延长,住客普遍入住两晚或以上。不过房价距离疫前仍有一段差距,一般传统酒店房价400至600元左右。假期过後,有信心酒店业可保持五成以上的入住率,并会逐渐回升。(wl/k)
