威訊控股(01087.HK)擬採納新購股權計劃
格隆匯 5 月 3日丨威訊控股(01087.HK)公吿,董事會建議於遷冊生效後進行股本重組,當中涉及股份合併、股本削減及股份拆細,有關詳情如下:
每20股每股面值0.02美元已發行現有股份將合併為1股每股面值0.40美元已發行合併股份,及每20股每股面值0.02美元未發行現有股份將合併為1股每股面值0.40美元未發行合併股份。
於公吿日期,現有股份於聯交所交易之每手買賣單位為1,000股現有股份。董事會建議於股重組生效後,將在聯交所交易的每手買賣單位由1,000股現有股份更改為2,000股新股份。
董事會建議股東根據上市規則第17章批准新購股權計劃。新購股權計劃旨在鼓勵及挽留(其中包括)公司僱員為集團長期發展及溢利作出貢獻,以實現提升集團價值的目標。
