中泛控股(00715.HK):預計中期綜合淨虧將顯著增加
格隆匯 5 月 3日丨中泛控股(00715.HK)發佈公吿,根據集團截至2021年3月31日止3個月的未經審核綜合管理賬目,股東應占淨虧損約為港幣2.725億元,較截至2020年6月30日止6個月的虧損港幣4,183萬元有顯著增加,虧損增加主要由於集團於美國洛杉磯的房地產開發項目於期內仍未復工,令相關利息和費用不能資本化所致。基於上述原因,預計集團截至2021年6月30日止6個月的股東應占綜合淨虧損也會較去年同期的港幣4,183萬元有顯著增加。
