《瑞銀窩輪》壟斷風波升溫 博反彈可留意騰訊認購14000、美團認購28295
港股週五開市後走勢一直向下，終全日下挫逾578點或2.0%，收報28724點。
逆市中只有個別個股（包括石油股）有微升幅，大市整體受一眾股份拖累，友邦（1299）急挫4.4%；美團（3690）跌3.6%，失守300港元收市；騰訊（0700）亦跌1.35%，收報623港元。
有指內地金管機構約見美團、騰訊等13家金融網路平台商討整改工作，務求企業遵守監管要求及改革，並維持公平競爭的金融市場秩序。同時，繼阿里（9988）、美團受反查後，有傳騰訊亦因涉嫌壟斷行為將為下一個調查目標，而涉及的罰款有機會達100億元人民幣。
縱觀以上消息，騰訊、美團股價持續波動，而根據瑞銀即市記錄，騰訊、美團的認購證得到相當顯著的資金支持博反彈。如投資者看好騰訊，可留意認購14000，行使價750.5港元，21年7月到期，有效槓桿約12倍。如投資者看好美團，可留意認購28295，行使價356.08港元，21年7月到期，有效槓桿約7.6倍。
相反，如投資者認為騰訊、美團股價將繼續受壟斷風波所影響，看淡騰訊，可留意認沽28367，行使價532.38港元，21年7月到期，有效槓桿約12倍。如看淡美團，可留意認沽20345，行使價269.8港元，21年8月到期，有效槓桿約5.4倍。
