中消協:首季受理逾27萬宗投訴 點名假促銷、盲盒等營銷手法

中國消費者協會就2020年一季度受理的消費者投訴情況進行了梳理和分析,點出10類不良營銷手段,當中包括「假」促銷虛優惠、砍價集贊拉人頭、「概率」營銷等。

協會指,今年首季共受理消費者投訴27.11萬宗,當中76.47%得到解決,為消費者挽回經濟損失3.17億元人民幣(下同)。其中,因經營者有欺詐行為得到加倍賠償的投訴2,296件,加倍賠償金額195萬元。
