格隆匯 4 月 29日丨瀘州老窖(000568.SZ)披露2020年年度報吿，2020年是公司決勝“十三五”的收官之年。這一年，面對突如其來的新冠肺炎疫情，公司深入貫徹“堅定決心、增強信心；從嚴管理、重點稽核；人才提升、全面攻堅”的發展主題，精誠團結、迎難而上、奮勇攻堅，推動公司繼續良性快速發展，贏得了抗擊疫情和復工復產的“雙勝利”。報吿期內，公司實現營業收入166.53億元，同比增長5.28%；實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤60.06億元，同比增長29.38%。基本每股收益4.10元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利20.51元（含税）。瀘州老窖決勝“十三五”實現完美收官。一年來公司主要工作和業績如下：
（一）品牌戰略引領，名酒價值迴歸
公司深入實施品牌復興工程，清晰聚焦“雙品牌、三品系、大單品”戰略。國窖1573持續引領品牌高度，市場份額、產品利潤、品牌形象和高端價值持續提升；瀘州老窖品牌名酒價值和消費者信心迴歸態勢逐步形成，60版特曲持續突破，第十代特曲成功上市，窖齡酒全面推進轉型跨越，頭曲二曲營銷管理改革成效顯着；創新品系不斷滿足多樣化、細分市場需求；全新戰略品牌“高光”開啟輕奢新賽道。公司已基本實現產品價格帶全面佈局，品牌“新金字塔”戰隊蓄勢待發，品牌復興和價值迴歸穩步推進。
（二）銷售版圖擴張，市場規模拓展
公司堅決推動“競爭型營銷”戰略執行落地。區域市場和“城市羣”戰略齊頭並進，“東進南圖中崛起”戰略效果顯現，全國化市場佈局實現優質均衡發展；“雙124”工程和以私域流量運營為主的“新124”工程同頻共振，進一步實現了決策和舉措直達終端、直抵消費者；銷售團隊和客户實現“雙分級、雙授權”，銷售業務、物資等進一步向優秀片區和優質客户下放，有力釋放了經銷客户和銷售團隊動能。公司市場攻堅碩果累累，規模擴張態勢已加速形成。
（三）工廠智能升級，品質示範引領
公司全面推進釀酒工程技改項目和智能化包裝中心技改項目等項目的建設，提升了釀酒生產和包材採供效能；加強工業互聯網和大數據運用，實現了倉儲、配送、運輸等板塊的集成高效；持續開展在智能釀造等領域的基礎研究，促進了科研創新支撐產業發展。報吿期內，公司榮獲“工業節能專項獎”“中國優秀工業設計獎”“青酌獎”等重大獎項，獲得“省級企業技術中心”稱號。公司承擔的首批國家級消費品標準化試點項目高分通過國家市場監督管理總局驗收，公司成為白酒行業唯一、四川省內唯一獲得此殊榮的酒類企業。
（四）科學規範管理，內部效率提升
公司積極探索績效考核分級管理模式、做實做細項目全生命週期追蹤評價、嚴格實施預算執行效果與績效掛鈎，推動企業管理落地；充分發揮財務資金籌劃效能，打造高效聯動、快速響應的人力資源決策體系，促進業務管理集成高效；從完善財務制度、擴大內審範圍、加強效能監察、嚴控法務風險等方面入手，全面加強企業抗風險能力。通過一系列舉措，公司管理機制、體系更加完善，管理方法、手段更加有效，管理運行、控制更加穩健，基本形成了一套系統完備、科學規範、運行高效的企業管理體系。
