郵儲銀行(01658.HK)：一季度歸母淨利212.01億元 同比增長5.51%
格隆匯 4 月 29日丨郵儲銀行(01658.HK)發佈2021年第一季度報吿，2021年一季度，本行以“建設一流大型零售銀行”為目標，秉持高質量發展和價值創造理念，持續推進發展轉型，一季度各項業務保持穩健增長，發展質量穩步提升，主要呈現以下五個特點：
一是盈利能力提升。營業收入773.83億元(人民幣，下同)，同比增長7.10%；手續費及佣金淨收入65.10億元，同比大幅增長51.61%；淨利潤213.27億元，同比增長6.08%；歸屬於銀行股東的淨利潤212.01億元，同比增長5.51%。
二是規模穩定增長。資產總額11.96萬億元，較上年末增長5.36%；負債總額11.21萬億元，較上年末增長4.97%。
三是資產負債結構持續優化，淨息差2.40%，環比上升2個基點。資產方面，優化內部信貸資源配置，加強實體信貸投放並優先配置零售貸款，存貸比55.35%，較上年末上升0.16個百分點，個人貸款佔比57.48%，較上年末上升0.56個百分點；合理擺佈非信貸資產，壓降低收益資產，提升組合收益率水平。負債方面，延續高成本存款管控政策並實施限額管控，存款付息率環比下降。
四是資產質量保持優良。新生成不良貸款75.56億元，不良貸款生成率0.13%；不良貸款率0.86%，較上年末下降0.02個百分點；撥備覆蓋率416.98%，較上年末上升8.92個百分點。
五是資本基礎進一步夯實。持續推動輕型化轉型，建立資本節約長效機制，着力增強內源性資本補充能力，綜合運用外源性資本補充渠道，完成300億元A股普通股定向增發，發行300億元永續債，資本實力進一步增強。截至報吿期末，核心一級資本充足率9.91%，較上年末上升0.31個百分點；一級資本充足率12.56%，較上年末上升0.70個百分點；資本充足率14.54%，較上年末上升0.66個百分點。
