A股異動 | 特變電工(600089.SH)漲超5% 與東海晶澳公司簽署219.44億元原生多晶硅銷售合同
格隆匯4月29日丨特變電工(600089.SH)漲超5%,報12.76元,創約2個月以來新高,總市值474億元。特變電工昨日公吿稱,公司控股子公司新特能源公司與東海晶澳公司簽署了《戰略合作買賣協議書》,東海晶澳公司及其所屬集團公司下其他公司將於2022年4月至2026年12月期間向新特能源公司及其所屬公司採購原生多晶硅181,000噸。如按照PVInfoLink最新公佈的多晶硅緻密料成交均價測算,協議總金額預計約人民幣219.44億元(不含税,本測算不構成價格承諾),佔公司2020年度經審計營業收入約49.77%。新特能源(1799.HK)於港股市場一度漲約5%,現無漲跌幅。
