長和(00001.HK)與Ooredoo就合併印尼電訊業務延長獨家商議期
長和(00001.HK)公布,同意與Ooredoo Q.P.S.C.(Ooredoo)就合併旗下附屬公司PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia及Ooredoo的附屬公司PT Indosat TBK之印尼電訊業務獨家商議期延長至今年6月30日。
雙方一直進行具建設性的商議,但需更多時間達成最後共識。
長和表示,目前仍沒有決定會否進行任何交易,而是項潛在交易須待完成盡職審查、訂立協定條款、簽署確定協議及取得所有必要的公司與監管批准後,方可作實。
