上坤地產(06900.HK)擬1.26億元出售慈溪星坤置業34%股權
格隆匯4月28日丨上坤地產(06900.HK)發佈公吿,於2021年4月28日,賣方上坤置業有限公司(公司全資附屬公司)與買方上海霍嶽企業管理有限公司訂立該協議,據此賣方已同意出售目標公司慈溪星坤置業有限公司的34%股權,現金代價為人民幣1.26億元。
目標公司為一家於中國成立的有限責任公司,由賣方、寧波興勝博投資管理有限公司及寧波中玥置業有限公司分別擁有34%、33%及33%股權,主要從事物業開發。
董事會相信,出售事項是集團將目標公司的投資變現的良機,可獲得現金回報以加強集團的流動資金,並可提供額外資金以用作擴大投資組合。
