据报欧盟本周将起诉苹果违反垄断法
《路透社》引述消息人士报道,欧盟反垄断机构将於本周起诉苹果(AAPL.US)App Store阻碍对手参与竞争。
据悉,今次的诉讼是源於Spotify向欧盟委员会投诉,称苹果不公平地限制竞争对手,以便让自家串流音乐平台Apple Music取得优势,同时亦指控App Store抽佣30%是过高。
今次将是欧盟针对苹果的第一项反垄断诉讼,有可能导致苹果被罚款相等於全球收入的一成,并强逼苹果改变目前的商业模式。
