格隆匯 4 月 28日丨匯量科技(01860.HK)發佈關於收購熱雲數據的首席執行官公開信：公司於2013年創立。回顧往昔，我們始終致力於通過產品和技術，服務全球應用開發者的業務增長，橋接“東西方”市場。2015年，我們開始孵化程序化互動式移動廣吿平台Mintegral，現已躋身全球移動廣吿平台前列。2016年，我們先後收購美國移動原生廣吿平台Nativex和歐洲移動遊戲數據分析平台GameAnalytics，這讓匯量科技快速獲得了紮根歐美本土市場的商業網絡，以及行業領先的遊戲數據統計分析產品線。2019年，我們提出“SaaS工具生態”戰略：通過構建更完善的產品矩陣，覆蓋開發者由小到大發展過程中，從統計分析、用户增長和商業化到雲成本優化等不同階段的核心場景。
今天，我很高興地和大家分享：匯量科技成功簽署協議收購熱雲數據 — 中國領先的第三方移動監測和營銷科技公司。在收購完成後，熱雲數據將作為匯量科技旗下全資子公司，保持獨立品牌和運營，為全球應用開發者開拓中國市場提供更加完善的大數據和全鏈路移動營銷SaaS解決方案，成為我們所構築“SaaS 工具生態”的重要組成部分。
熱雲數據成立於2013年11月，旗下產品矩陣覆蓋統計分析、廣吿效果監測、廣吿投放管理、創意洞察、廣吿防作弊等領域，形成貫穿移動廣吿投放全生命週期的營銷管理體系。目前，熱雲數據每月覆蓋的活躍移動終端達7億台，為來自遊戲、社交、金融、電商、教育、直播、生活服務、移動運營商等垂直行業的數千個開發者提供服務。
對於深耕國內的熱雲數據與長於海外的匯量科技來説，當下是我們聯手的最佳時刻。放眼全球，後疫情時代下的數字化進程進一步加速，線上經濟愈加趨向國際化競爭。因此，開發者從一款產品的誕生起，就需要將全球多個國家和區域的業務增長納入考慮範圍中。未來，第三方平台只有具備全球化服務能力才有機會最終勝出。從最初為中國開發者擺渡出海起家，匯量科技正在幫助全球85個國家和地區的開發者實現全球化增長。本次與熱雲數據的聯姻，既增強了我們為中國開發者提供本土服務的能力，也讓我們能更好地幫助海外開發者開拓龐大而複雜的中國市場，進一步鞏固匯量科技橋接“東西方”市場的獨特優勢。
