神州控股(00861.HK)與中國移動國際簽署戰略合作備忘錄 拓展海外數字經濟市場
格隆匯 4 月 27日丨神州控股(00861.HK)公佈，公司於2021年4月27日與中國移動國際有限公司("中國移動國際")於香港簽訂戰略合作忘錄，共同為香港及海外政府及企業客户提供更加豐富、多層次的數字化服務，共拓萬億級海外數字經濟藍海。
根據該備忘錄，本着"優勢互補，合作創新、互利共贏"的原則，雙方擬在ICT產業集成服務市場進行合作，包括大數據服務、AIoT服務、供應鏈服務及安全科技產品服務合作等。雙方將共同為客户在香港及海外發展提供全方面服務和支持。
當前，5G、大數據、物聯網、人工智能等新技術日新月異，萬物互聯的數字新基建時代的到來，讓這個世界越來越平，為本集團處理好"人"和"物"這兩大核心要素提供了更多可能。通過以數據為生產要素的智慧城市建設、以大數據為驅動的智慧供應鏈服務，正逐漸形成"產城人"融合發展的新格局。
