《新股消息》富力物業服務遞上市申請
富力地產(02777.HK)同系的富力物業服務已向聯交所遞交主板上市申請,聯席保薦人為農銀國際及中金公司。
根據初步招股文件,截至4月21日富力物業共管理570個物業項目,在管總建築面積約7,160萬平方米,已訂約管理物業項目671個,簽約總建築面積約1.06億平方米。2020年度收入錄25.97億元人民幣,按年增長19.69%,期內利潤則按年上升275%至2.39億元。去年度有22.8%收入來自富力集團,0.6%來自富力集團的合營企業或聯營企業,其餘76.6%均來自於獨立第三方。
富力物業於上市前由富力地產董事長李思廉及聯席董事長兼總裁張力各自持股46.48%,上市前投資者陳思樂持股7.05%。
集資所得預期將用於收購或投資其他物業管理服務商、獲得新項目及開發新業務、戰略投資增值服務提供商與上下游供應鏈服務提供商、擴展增值服務品牌、升級資訊管理系統以及一般業務用途。
