《大行报告》高盛上调宝龙地产(01238.HK)目标价至11元 重申列确信买入名单
高盛发表研究报告,确定宝龙在重建商业营运处於正轨,包括一系列重新规划铺面与优化商户组合、其中5间高盛到访的商场目标提升租用率13个百分点、管理层计划改善租金效益等。
该行指,管理层订下今年整体租用率达93%、明年达95%的目标,并会以以下几方面去实现,包括发展旗舰项目、对前线员工实施激励计划、至2025年管理超过200个商场的目标,以达至在长三角取得主导地位等(区内营运逾140个商场)。
高盛重申宝龙地产(01238.HK)「买入」评级(确信名单),目标价上调28%至11元;同时重申对宝龙商业(09099.HK)「买入」评级(确信名单),目标价维持42元不变。
