天貓：繼續成為商家生意增長最主要的陣地
記者從天貓TopTalk上獲悉，今年，天貓將繼續堅持定位為品牌數字化升級與經營的主陣地，為品牌創造確定性的增長。這也是天貓獨特的優勢。
由於能持續為品牌帶來可預期的、確定性的增長，天貓一直保持對品牌的吸引力。據披露，去年一年，有92萬商家申請入駐天貓，超過20家品牌在天貓的會員數超過1000萬，淘寶天貓已連續多年為品牌和商家帶來萬億級的生意增量，是商家生意增長最主要的陣地。
今年，天貓將升級一系列的產品和機制，助力品牌以「品牌官方旗艦店」為大本營運營好品牌心智，沉澱消費者數字資產，並通過公域和私域的結合，實現可持續、可預期的增長。同時，天貓會進一步走向開放，開放更多的數字技術能力給商家，如阿里媽媽進一步整合並開放數據能力，推出覆蓋站內+站外的智能化統一商家營銷平台，以幫助商家提升全域的經營效率，從而給商家的長期生意帶來確定性增長。

天貓副總裁吹雪表示，未來，天貓將會不斷挖掘和尋找新的市場機會，並把這些新機會帶給品牌和商家。
作為深受消費者歡迎的品質購物之城，天貓還將跟品牌商家一起不斷提升消費者體驗，挖掘並滿足消費者的新需求。基於這些新需求，天貓將繼續扶持多元化的新供給，不斷孵化新品、新品牌和新品類。
數據顯示，消費者對於新品的需求相當旺盛，過去一年，天貓上的新品成交額增速超過50%，同時，天貓也已經成為全球最大的新品牌孵化平台，"這些新品牌不僅是全新的初創品牌，也包括很多成熟品牌集團下孵化的新品牌商家。天貓會堅定不移地支持新供給的發展，給與新供給成長最好的土壤。"吹雪説。
2021年天貓也將繼續簡化流程、優化規則，降低經營成本。據悉，包括預支保證金、生意參謀"流量縱橫"、"品類羅盤"由付費改免費、聚划算取消保價險等一系列措施已陸續實施。
